Disney is breaking down barriers in its own multi-universe construct with the launch of the second Wreck It Ralph 2 trailer.

Walt Disney’s Ralph Breaks The Internet: Wreck It Ralph 2, sees Ralph and fellow misfit Vanellope von Schweetz head to the internet where they of course find themselves at Oh My Disney.

And hold on to your hats, from what the trailer has to offer – this is a merchandiser’s dream, as the worlds of Disney Princess, Marvel, Star Wars and even Classic Disney’s Winnie the Pooh (via one downtrodden donkey’s cameo) collide, for the first time since, well, ever.

The trailer offers some insight into the kind of sequel film to expect, taking viewers to the world of Oh My Disney, where, in another first for Disney, the likes of Sleeping Beauty, Elsa, Pocahontas and the rest of the ensemble Disney Princesses cast interact in one together.

In yet another first, with a release date of November 30, this is the first tim sinc 2014 that a new Walt Disney animated film won’t have to contend with a Star Wars movie opening in mid-December.

However, if the trailer is anything to go by, the film certainly won’t be short of a few nods towards its multiple successful franchises, so don’t expect a loss of focus in regards to the merchandising opportunities it presents.
