Disney launches Minnie Mouse fashion push

Number of designers to create one-off garments and accessories inspired by the character.

Disney has teamed up with a number of international designers who will create 'Minnie Mouse Must Haves' one-off garments and accessories, which will be unveiled at London Fashion Week.

Designers including Lulu Guinness, Terry de Havilland, Giles, Michael van der Ham and Richard Nicoll have intepreted Minnie Mouse's signature bows and trademark polka dots into a new collection.

It will be showcased to international buyers and media at London Fashion Week. In addition, Disney will be working with bloggers and beauty brands to further engage audiences with Minnie Mouse.

Following the showcase, each of the Minnie Mouse Must-Haves will be available at an exclusive auction on the eBay for Charity programme.

Proceeds will be donated by Disney to support the BFC/Bazaar Fashion Arts Foundation.
