Entertainment One has unveiled a raft of new free-to-air broadcast partners in multiple territories for its hit pre-school property, PJ Masks.

The series debuted internationally in March 2016 on the Disney Junior global network. Building on its accelerating popularity, series one is poised to debut on TVCultura in Brazil and RTL Kockica in Croatia from spring this year.

In Denmark, DR Ramasjang is now on board to air the show from summer 2018.

These latest partners join a line-up of broadcasters, which in addition o co-production partners Disney Junior and France 5, includes Tiny Pop in the UK, ABC Kids in Australia, RAI in Italy, Televisa in Mexico and YoYo TV in Taiwan.

The first episodes from season two have recently premiered in the US and eOne is now gearing up to roll-out the new season to the rest of the world from late February/early March.

A third series of PJ Masks is now in production.

Monica Candiani, eOne’s EVP content sales, family and brands, said: “We are delighted to be increasing the global broadcast reach of PJ Masks and giving even more budding young heroes the opportunity to enjoy the adventures of Catboy, Owlette and Gekko.

“The expanding list of broadcast partners now on board is testatment to the show’s universal appeal and soaring popularity around the world.”

eOne began rolling out the PJ Masks global consumer products programme in 2017, spearheaded by Just Play’s master toy line.
