Entertainment One has become the distributor for the second series of Rob the Robot, the pre-school show from Amberwood Entertainment and One Animation.

The firm already has joint TV and home entertainment rights with Amberwood for series one. However, the new deal will see it as the sole distributor of the property for all rights outside of Asia.

Rights in Asia will remain with One Animation.

"We're delighted to be extending our relationship with Amberwood and One Animation," said Olivier Dumont, MD of eOne Family. "With this latest deal now including licensing and merchandising rights, we're looking forward to being the sole distributor and securing some great partnerships while building on the existing licensing programme for the property."
