eOne has detailed its long term strategy for lifestyle brand Skelanimals, including a raft of fashion deals.
Partners including Iron Fist, Tripp NYC, Loungefly, and Goodie Two Sleeves will launch apparel ranges targeting boutique and specialty markets.
The Skelanimals collection from Iron Fist will span tops and bottoms, blouses, sweaters and coats, dresses, jumpsuits, and footwear while Tripp NYC's offering features hoodies by renowned designer Daang Goodman.
“The Skelanimals brand and eOne’s creative vision for it really resonated with our team, and we’re tremendously excited about this collaboration,” said Travis Anderson, CEO at Iron Fist.
eOne has also partnered with Goodie Two Sleeves for a range of Skelanimals tees and fleece for juniors and young men.
“Skelanimals is an incredible brand with a fresh and distinct point of view and imagery," said Robert Arce, vice president of licensing, Goodie Two Sleeves.
"The entire Goodie Two Sleeves team looks forward to working on the amazing products that will be developed for Skelanimals in the coming seasons. We are extremely honoured to have this opportunity,”
Elsewhere, longtime Skelanimals partner Loungefly will produce fashion bags, wallets, coin purses, plush bags, backpack clips, jewelry and novelty items.
“Skelanimals was one of our most successful licensed programs and really resonates with our customers," added Jason Hoffman, director of operations for Loungefly.
"We are very excited about what eOne plans for the brand and look forward to supporting the initiatives with fantastic products."
Cindy Bailey, president of eOne’s pop culture and lifestyle division, added: “We are delighted to welcome such a strong array of partners to the Skelanimals family.
“These companies are leaders and innovators in their categories, with the creative vision to deliver the high-quality, edgy and unique fashions that Skelanimals customers love and expect from us.”
eOne also has two minute long Skelanimals shorts in production and due for delivery Spring 2015, while a refreshed website and new social media platforms are set to launch later this year.
