Chapman Entertainment's Fifi and the Flowertots is continuing to notch up the viewers on Milkshake, with last week seeing a special Fifi's Flower Festival running to boost audience figures further.
The aim of the Festival was to celebrate spring and the outdoors, encouraging children to discover the world around them and develop an appreciation of nature.
Videos were shot on location at nursery schools, parks and gardens, while the Milkshake presenters also took the children on different adventures each day as part of the themed episodes.
Fifi and the Flowertots has been on air consistently in the prime time 8am timeslot since launch in 2005, and recently averaged around 298,000 viewers a day. It peaked at 390,000 viewers in early April.
In licensing terms the property is represented by CPLG, and there are over 40 UK licensees on board.
A new illustrated look and accompanying style guide is being developed for launch in 2013 and will be rolled out across all categories, starting with publishing and apparel.
New DVD titles from 2Entertain are also set for launch this year.
"With the fantastic change in the weather, there couldn't have been a better time for Fifi to encourage girls and boys outside into the gardens and parks," said Val Fry, commercial director at Chapman. "Fifi's Flower Festival was a great success."
