LIMA is urging its members to nominate their representative for the 2013 LIMA Hall of Fame.

The honour is awarded to those individuals who are deemed to have made a continual and outstanding contribution to the licensing industry. LIMA is asking members to identify individuals from around the globe who deserve to be considered for the accolade.

Nominations - which should be received by end of play on Monday January 7th - are reviewed and considered by a committee of industry executives. They narrow the list to a select group of finalists and then submit to the LIMA board of directors.

The winner will join luminaries such as Howard Roffman from Lucas Licensing and Fisher-Price's Stan Clutton, who were inducted in 2012.

Candidates must have been actively involved in the business of licensing for a minimum of 15 years. Nominations should be made online at LIMA's website and required a detailed description of the depth and breadth of the candidate's contribution.

"This is a unique opportunity for us as an industry to recognise those who make a continued and outstanding contribution to licensing, and a chance for colleagues to show their appreciation," said Kelvyn Gardner, MD of LIMA UK.
