Fireman Sam: Junior Cadet was made by P2 Games – specialist developers of pre-school apps.

The game is available from the App Store now at the mid-range price-point of £1.99.

In the game, kids can play five different interactive learning games, such as Hose Practise, where players learn how to use the fire hose by filling buckets of water, and Fire Fighter, a race against time to extinguish fires.

By completing the activities, children can earn and collect virtual stickers and get creative with them in a digital album included in the app.

P2 Games' other pre-school app credits include Peppa, Ben and Holly and Jess.

Earlier this year, Licensing.biz met the developer's managing director Gerry Whiteside. Read the interview here.
