Fireman Sam Live: Pontypandy Rocks first showed to crowds of over 25,000 at last month's West End Live and is continuing to prove popular.

With the audience at 83 per cent capacity, the tour, which will be travelling around the country until July next year, the next few months look like they will be healthy with buoyant advanced ticket sales already being made.

Zoe Bourn, project manager, live events and attractions, Hit Entertainment commented: “These sizzling figures are further testament that Fireman Sam is one of the hottest properties around. Kids can’t seem to get enough of their favourite fire fighter this year.”

Nick George, director, Premier Stage Productions said: “The debut of the show was a great success with nearly 1400 people attending the opening weekend performances in Epsom.

"The reaction the characters got was amazing and Sam’s entrance in Jupiter drew a round of applause. Kids loved the show, and adults seemed genuinely impressed with the standard. This bodes well for a great tour.”

Produced by Premier Stage Productions Fireman Sam Live: Pontypandy Rocks follows Fireman Sam and his friends as Pontypandy hosts its first ever music festival.

The musical extravaganza features new songs, daring rescues and a host of new adventures. Full listings information and tour dates can be found at www.firemansamonline.com/liveshow.
