Sesame Workshop and interactive publisher Callaway Digital Arts have teamed up to launch The Monster at the End of This Book for iPad.
The first Sesame Street app designed specifically for iPad, The Monster at the End of This Book is available from the App Store on the iPad or at www.itunes.com/appstore/ for a special holiday promotional price of $.99.
First published in 1971 and celebrating its 40th anniversary in print in 2011, The Monster at the End of This Book, written by Sesame Street’s director and executive producer, Jon Stone, and illustrated by Mike Smollin, has sold more than three million copies, making it the bestselling trade book in Sesame Street’s 41-year history.
