Fox Consumer Products and Bagdasarian Productions have launched an exclusive multi-category programme co-inciding with the home entertainment release of Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, which was released on March 27th.
An exclusive boys and girls apparel line is featuring in 3,000 Walmart stores throughout the US on cross-merchandise display units, with consumer products placed alongside the DVD.
The spring children’s apparel line includes Bioworld for boys t-shirts, Awake for girls t shirts, SG Intimates for boys and girls pyjamas, Isaac Morris for boys swimwear and girls t-shirts ,HIS International for girls sportswear and swimwear and Berkshire Fashions for boys hosiery and headwear.
The campaign is also supported online with a special boutique page at www.walmart.com/Alvin and on the Alvin and the Chipmunks Facebook page, which has over 2.5 million Likes.
