Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products is extending its partnership with the fashion accessory brand Skinnydip to launch a second season of The Simpsons x Skinnydip for summer 2016.

Skinnydip saw success with its first collection of fashion accessories earlier this year in a range inspired by the perennial Springfield favourite, Krusty the Clown.

The collection includes iPhones cases, clutch bags, backpacks, coin pureses, make up bags, pouches and phone cables. Its online and instore launch was kickstarted with a Krusty themed party in its store near Carnaby Street.

The collection is has now been made available in TopShop and Selfridges and will be at the concession at Skinnydip London Gatwick Airport.

Following strong initial sales, the new collection will launch in 2016.

Lewis Blitz, Co-Founder and Owner, Skinnydip London, said: "We’re delighted with the range, but not surprised with Krusty being such an iconic character. We can’t wait to continue developing products using all of the great characters of Springfield and putting a Skinnydip twist on it.”

Sandra Vauthier-Cellier, SVP EMEA Fox Consumer Products, added: “We’ve had a tremendous reception to the first “The Simpsons x Skinnydip” collection and the products have been an instant hit with the brand’s female fans.

"Our collaboration with Skinnydip demonstrates the potential of The Simpsons to resonate with a fashion conscious female audience and we look forward to extending our partnership with a second range next summer.”
