Fremantle Media Kids & Family Entertainment strengthens brand management team

VPs of Asia and EMEA/Australia, plus global brand director arrive at the firm.

Fremantle Media Kids & Family Entertainment has significantly bolstered its senior management team with a trio of new hires.

Henry Or has come on board as VP, Kids & Family Entertainment, Asia, taking overall responsibility for the kids business in the region. He is tasked with developing a new Asia sales team responsible for the distribution of KFE titles across broadcast, digital and Home Entertainment platforms, as well as building the consumer products business.

Tracy Griffiths joins the firm as VP, licensing and consumer products, EMEA and Australia and will be responsible for developing local strategies to build strong licensing programmes, manage local agents and licensees and generate new business. She will also expand FremantleMedia's existing agents business in EMEA and will work closely with the director of licensing in Australia - Liz Burnett.

Griffiths previously held the role of group director, softlines EMEA at HIT Entertainment. Prior to this she was a buyer of kids' apparel at Woolworth's.

Finally, Nicola Herrmann has taken on the role of global brand director, joining from Zodiak Rights where she was head of brand marketing.

She will report to Tessa Moore, SVP global brand management, and will be responsible for the creation and execution of global and local brand strategies for key properties in FMKFE's portfolio.

Or will be based in Hong Kong, while Griffths and Herrmann will work from the firm's London office.
