Video games publisher THQ has welcomed back Germaine Gioia, this time as its senior VP of licensing and merchandising.
Gioia's time in the video games business spans nearly two decades. She rejoins THQ after serving as senior VP of licensing for Capcom Entertainment in the US and European territories for the past three years.
She previously headed THQ's licensing efforts for 14 years.
Brian Farrell, president and CEO of THQ, said: "We are pleased to welcome Germaine back to THQ. She will play an integral role in both securing new intellectual properties for THQ, as well as expanding the merchandising opportunities for our own brands."
