Licensed toiletry specialist H&A is aiming for further success with its Disney Princess and Disney Fairies lines, after its initial ranges performed strongly at retail.

The firm has been working with Disney on the two properties for 12 months now, with the two new product ranges launching in January.

The Disney Princess collection of pamper products focuses on three characters - Ariel, Belle and Cinderella - with each item featuring the signature of one of the princesses. The Disney Fairies line, meanwhile, is made up of a number of cute, fairy-sized items.

Plans for gift lines are now underway, with other new product due to hit shelves in the autumn.

"Securing the Disney Princess and Disney Fairies franchises is a great development for the company and testament to our creativity, ability to add extra value and our deep consumer insight," said Angela Hall, MD at H&A. "We continue as the leading player in the licensed children's toiletries category and this launch further consolidates that position."
