GIRLS MONTH: Rebecca Bonbon heads to China

FremantleMedia Enterprises has bolstered its global exclusive rights ownership of the Rebecca Bonbon brand, having added China to its remit.

FME has appointed Promotional Partners Worldwide to act as the official master licensee for the Crown Creative brand in the region for a three-year term.

The two firms will now work together to develop a consumer product drive in the territory. PPW will be focusing on deals in the apparel, accessories, jewellery, timepiece, mobile and computer accessories, stationery, gifts, home décor and confectionery markets.

Across EMEA, Rebecca Bonbon has 25 licensees including Alpa, The Leomil Group and French retailer MOA.

In the US, FME has an exclusive retail deal with Sears, with Kids Headquarters acting as the master licensee. Meanwhile, in Japan, Rebecca Bonbon has 50 licensees.

We have established extensive strategy and look forward to making Rebecca Bonbon as another fashionable and trendy icon in China."
