With the finished series due to be delivered in 2012, the pilot episode of the hotly tipped Gogos Crazy Bones animation will air at Mipcom next week.

Gogo's licensors Magic Box International and PPI Worldwide Group have teamed up with animation specialist Aronmax Animation Studios for the 3D CGI series. Televix Entertainment will be the worldwide distributor.

"With the property increasingly dominant at retail across the world, a TV series was the next logical step for Gogo's Crazy Bones," said Rob Corney, MD of Bulldog Licensing, which handles the licensing drive. "The show will tap into a massive worldwide fanbase and is sure to be a big hit."

The licensing programme includes publishing, plush, celebration cakes, apparel, greeting cards, stationery, back to school, calendars and giftware.
