Ansel Adams body of work is to be opened up to the licensing business, with Greenlight signing the personality rights and commercial fine art copyrights for the artist.
It will be the first time that The Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trust has worked with a third party to represent the artist's body of work.
"Ansel's signature black and white photographs inspired an appreciation for natural beauty and a strong environmental ethic," said Mark Owens, SVP of Greenlight. "Our assignment is to present the totality of the man by creating meaningful partnerships with a variety of global brands and we are honoured to be chosen as the first partner to represent his legacy."
William Turnage, managing trustee of The Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trusts, added: "Ansel was a legendary artist, an early leader in wilderness preservation and has become an American icon."
