A mega Moshi Monster fan has set a new Guinness World Record for the largest collection of Moshi Monsters memorabilia.

12 year old Lucy Neath (pictured) from Milton Keynes has collected 1,914 pieces of individual Moshi mementos.

Her world record also coincides with the sale of Moshi Monsters' one hundred millionth Moshling around the world.

Lucy's persinal Moshling collection adds up to 400, with her favourite being ShiShi the Sneezing Panda. Her favourite Moshi is Poppet and her favourite item in the collection is Furnando from the 'Luckies' set.

She has been expanding her collection for the past three years and it comprises everything from mugs to cushions, cuddly toys to figurines.

"I really had no idea that this would happen when I began playing the online version of Moshi three years ago," Neath said. "I started my collection with a Moshling Series One blind bag and it took off from there. I spend most of my pocket money on Moshi merchandise and more than anything, I hope one day to go to Moshi HQ as it would be a dream come true."

Founder of Mind Candy, Michael Acton Smith, added: "At Mind Candy, we were very excited to learn that Lucy has set a new Moshi related world record and is a super fan. We can't wait to have her at Moshi HQ."

Annie Nguyen from Guinness World Records said there were "blown away" by the collection.
