H&A is launching a collection of Nightmare Before Christmas children’s toiletries exclusively with discount retailer Poundland.

The range will consist of 13 lines, including themed hairclips, earrings, hair extensions and nail wraps, while several lines such as the lip balm and hair bobbles will featue two designs, Jack Skellington and Sally the rag doll.

The collection will be available in store from early October in anticipation of Halloween, and follows the success of the recent launch of Disney’s Frozen products earlier this year.

“We are really excited about the Nightmare Before Christmas range in Poundland, following the huge success of the Frozen products a few months ago,” said Holly Davies, marketing development director at H&A.

“We are pleased to be offering products for parents which are such great value for money, and at a time when pieces which perfectly complement trick or treat outfits are in such high demand.

“We pride ourselves on working with the most popular brands and the film has always been a Halloween family favourite so we anticipate it being well received.”

Poundland’s trading director, Richard Lancaster, added: “We are delighted to be building our relationship with H&A with this second range this year.

“Halloween is a key sales period for us and we expect these products to be very popular. We hope this launch will be one of many and we can continue to work with H&A to provide great value children’s products.”

After a fairly static 2007 and 2008, H&A saw a notable uplift in 2009 and says 2010 promises to be its most successful year yet?
