HarperCollins Children's Books adds new marketing director

Nicola Way to join from high profile agency in January 2012.

HarperCollins Children's Books has appointed a new marketing director, with Nicola Way taking up the role from January 9th 2012.

Way was most recently a board director at high profile integrated marketing agency, Iris Nation, where she worked with clients including Orange, Coca Cola and Disney.

Prior to that, she held senior marketing posts at Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, Tesco and Dunnhumby.

"Nicola brings to HarperCollins Children's Books a vast amount of experience in developing successful creative consumer and retail marketing strategies for some of the biggest global consumer and FMCG brands," explained Alison Ruane, associate publisher at the company. "I look forward to Nicola applying her obvious marketing talents to our award winning marketing team and successful, growing list."
