Performance Designed Products has secured a deal with toy company Hasbro to produce a line of video games accessories and products for games devices, iPods and mobile phones.

The two companies already enjoy a successful relationship. The new agreement will see video game accessories for the Nintendo DS and Wii systems, Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's PlayStation 2 and 3 consoles.

Products will be based on the Nerf and Littlest Pet Shop brands, as well as the forthcoming films Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and GI Joe: The Rise of the Cobra.

"We are thrilled to enter into this agreement with PDP," said Mark Blecher, senior VP and general manager of digital media and gaming at Hasbro. "Hasbro's goal as a brand-driven company is to selectively align ourselves with the best possible licensee partners. We have had a very successful relationship with PDP over the last three years and are looking to expand that success with this new deal."

John Moore, VP of marketing for PDP, added: "We have enjoyed working with Hasbro and are very excited for the potential growth we will see in 2009 with this multi-brand licence and the new product offerings."
