Saban Brands is continuing to build up the Paul Frank property, having acquired it back in August 2010.
The firm has appointed Haven Licensing as the new agent in Australia and New Zealand.
Haven joins a global network of Paul Frank agents which represent over 120 licensees worldwide in categories including apparel, publishing, novelty and home décor. Haven also represents entertainment companies such as Lego and Sanrio.
On top of the Haven appointment, Designworks is now on board to create a line of fashion and accessories, which will will launch in Q1 2012.
As well as new licensing partners, Saban Brands has been building new content initiatives for Paul Frank, including mobile game app Paul Frank's Magic Balloon, plus a foray into broadcast with a Christmas TV special.
