Turner (pictured) joins the firm as the new business development manager, with a remit to develop the business model to more closely serve the specific needs of the clients.
She takes on her new position with 15 years of experience at UKG as publishing manager behind her.
Stead has taken on the role of art director, after spending 17 years at Camden Graphics as senior porduct manager.
Her task will be to develop Heartfelt's stable of artists and help create lines and roducts that will match client's briefs and requirements.
