Historic Royal Palaces is bolstering its licensed offering with the help of licensee Halcyon Days.

The duo will debut a new collection of fine bone china, enamelled cuffs and silk scarves, which will be showcased during BLE 2017.

Inspiration has been taken from Hampton Court Palace, including Henry VIII’s Astronomical clock.

Plus, a range of collectable ceramic baubles have been included for Christmas 2017, featuring designs taken from the Crown Jewels, architectural drawings of Hampton Court Palace and a stained glass window in the palace’s Great Watching Chamber.

The selection of bone china will also make reference to these designs.

“We are incredibly excited to launch this new collection from our successful partnership with Historic Royal Palaces, which is now in its tenth year,” said Pamela Harper, chairman and CEO of Halcyon Days.

“The palaces provide a wealth of inspiration for our collections and we very much look forward to a continuing partnership.”

Each of the new products will be available through the Halcyon Days store in The Royal Exchange, its concessions in Harrods, Fortnum and Mason and other gift retailers and online stores.

Emma Saunders, head of retail business development at Historic Royal Palaces, added: “This latest collection from Halcyon Days yet again demonstrates their excellence in design and quality in craftsmanship.

“This brand partnership continues to enable us to share the rich history of the palaces in our care through reaching wider retail audiences.”
