The licensing arm of Cloudbabies company HoHo Entertainment, HoHo Rights, has picked up the licensing and merchandising rights to the new kids series Everybody Loves A Moose.
Commissioned by RAI and produced by Trion Pictures in Italy, the 52 x 7’ animation is aimed at six to tens and features ‘the anarchic adventures’ of a pre-teen schoolboy called Jack and his meddling but well-meaning friend, Moose.
"We are very excited to have secured Everybody Loves a Moose and look forward to unveiling the series at MIPCOM," said Hoho Rights’ joint managing directors Oliver Ellis and Helen Howells.
"The series has that crazy, slapstick anarchy that takes us back to the golden age of cartoon capers yet deals hilariously with the trials and tribulations of being a modern pre-teen which will absolutely strike a chord with today’s kids."
Riccardo Trigona of Trion Pictures said: "We are delighted that Everybody Loves a Moose is being handled by Hoho Rights. Their keen focus, passion and in-depth experience in rights’ management will ensure that Moose will be seen on multiple platforms around the world."
