Iconix Europe has secured the first two major retail partnerships for its brands in Europe.
The first, a multi-territory exclusive agreement, is with the Otto Group to create and sell the Material Girl collection in Europe.
Georgia May Jagger was named as the global face of the campaign earlier this month.
The Material Girl collection - which is designed in collaboration with Madonna and her daughter Lourdes - will be sold in Germany, Russia and other countries across Europe.
The second deal will see Sportsdirect.com selling outdoor beach lifestyle apparel and accessories under the Ocean Pacific brand.
"Both Otto, one of the world's largest ecommerce businesses, and Sportsdirect.com are leading retailers in their fields and we have worked closely to create a proposition that excites consumers and creates storng retail sales potential," said Angela Farrugia, MD of Iconix Europe.
