Insect Lore has struck a first of its kind partnership for the scientific toy company, teaming with the World of Eric Carle.

The award-winning educational company will combine its famed habitat kits with the art of World of Eric Carle with The Very Hungry Caterpillar Butterfly Growing Kit and The Grouchy Ladybug Growing Kit.

Fans of The Very Hungry Caterpillar will be able to observe the real-life versions of their favourite stories grow, explore and transform.

The new co-branding will deliver both caterpillar and ladybug life cycle kits as well as nature toys including bug catchers, bug magnifying viewers and insect habitats.

Insect Lore specialises in innovative educational products for young learners and their signature Live Butterfly Kits have helped bring science to life in classrooms and homes for almost 50 years.

Their aim it to give children a close-up introduction to metamorphosis, entomology and life-cycle learning.
