Former Diageo and Walt Disney exec, David Berry has opened Interim Licensing Management.
Berry is aiming to provide a 'timely, cost effective and results-oriented' alternative to permanent resourcing solutions.
"As the economy begins its slow recovery, Interim Licensing Management will assist businesses in our industry deal with change and exploit growth potential," Berry explained.
Most recently European licensing director at Diageo, Berry was responsible for extending the Guinness brand into new premium meal occasions through the Guinness Food Programme, as well as launching Guinness Marmite in the UK. He also spearheaded the firm's 250th anniversary celebrations in Europe.
Prior to Diageo, Berry held a number of licensing management roles, both locally and on a pan-European basis, at The Walt Disney Company.
"With the search for Interim Managers doubling since the end of last year, and with senior executives in greatest demand according to the Interim Management Association, it feels timely to be putting that experience and professional network to good use," he added.
