Disney has a movie in the works based on the It's a Small World theme park attraction.
National Treasure director Jon Turteltaub will step behind the camera while the script comes from Jared Stern, who is also currently writing a sequel to The LEGO Movie.
Deadline reports that the movie 'will take a while to come together' and is envisioned as a potential franchise for Disney.
The original 1966 attraction was billed as 'a salute to UNICEF and all the world's children' and to mark the recent 50th anniversary, Disney is donating $150,000 to UNICEF.
Disney also celebrated the milestone earlier this month with a worldwide sing-along event.
