It's another Emmy nomination for Oddbods as series inks new global deals

One Animation has been nominated for a second year running in the Animation Category of the 2018 International Emmy Kids Awards for its comedy series, Oddbods.

Last year, the non-dialogue show was recognised by the academy for Series One and this year, the nomination for Series Two joins a number of accolades and high profile partnerships being green-lit.

A new slew of deals with leading broadcasters is currently being signed across multiple platforms internationally.

A global deal with Netflix brings more Oddbods to entertain families worldwide this Halloween with a Party Monsters special as well as the Christmas special The Festive Menace.

The Emmy-nominated studio has also stuck a deal with the US entertainment giant Hulu to air Oddbods short form content and three Oddbods’ specials across its US streaming services.

On top of this , and bolstering One Animation’s global footprint, a deal has been inked in China with Hunan Broadcasting System’s digital platform Mango TV to air Oddbods Season Two and the Christmas special.
