Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products has revealed that Jean-Philippe Randisi, current managing director of NVCP for Europe, Middle East and Africa, will add responsibility for all the firm's international operations outside the US to his remit.
Randisi - now with the job title of MD, NVCP International - will oversee consumer product licensing efforts across all international markets, retail partnerships and key client relationships such as Mattel, THQ and Paramount.
He also directs all strategic planning and business operations for NBCP's international operations and the management of the firm's offices in New York, Miami, Toronto, London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Singapore, Seoul, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Based in London, Randisi will continue to report to Leigh Anne Brodsky, president of NVCP.
"Launching new markets, bolstering our presence in established markets and leveraging MTVN's global scale has grown our international NVCP business exponentially," said Brodsky.
"As the key architect of our international growth to date, Jean-Philippe is best positioned to lead our next phase of development which is to focus on tapping more deeply into MTVNI's regional strength and identifying new consumer product extensions for our core brands."
Randisi will also be focusing on new strategic initiatives which include growing MTV licensing opportunities and further retail development.
He joined NVCP in 2003, where he established the London office which has grown to include four dedicated offices across Europe and become NVCP's largest division.
