Jetix Europe is confident that its new-look web presence across the territory will result in an increase in traffic and time spent on the sites.
The refresh will roll out across Europe from September with the following countries sites being relaunched with a new design and additional functionality: Germany, UK, Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands, Israel, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Romania, Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Greece.
The navigation of the sites has been optimised, offering kids a number of ways to access content. A more user friendly environment has been created, with the design of the sites reflecting the on-air look of Jetix channels across Europe.
In addition, investment has been made in the overall functionality, with the arrival of an online community, new interactive video player and enhanced games sections.
Over half a million game plays were recorded in January 2008 on Jetix's UK site alone and playing online games is still the number one activity for visitors to the site.

"This is the result of months of research and development as well as learnings from our own sites over the years. We're certain the new sites will provide a better, more engaging experience for kids, as well as greater commercial opportunities for our partners and we are looking forward to their roll out across Europe."
