Jetpack Distribution has inked deals with leading Australasian producers to bring kids’ shows Heart & Soul and The Moe Show to the global stage.
Created by the Auckland based production company, Pop-Up Workshop, The Moe Show follows the adventures of Moe, a furry monster who lives with his Teddy in a treehouse.
Under the terms of the agreement, Jetpack Distribution has acquired the global distribution rights to the show.
In a further deal, the firm has signed as the international representative for two seasons of the live-action tween series, Heart & Soul.
Created by 1440 Productions, the show recently found success on ABC3 in Australia and follows a band of thirty school girls as they conquer tensions, line-up changes and heartbreak to triumph at some of the world’s top music festivals.
“We are very excited to be representing these fantastic shows internationally,” said Dominic Gardiner, CEO of Jetpack Distribution.
“Pop-Up Workshop and 1440 Productions are first class producers and both have a strong track record in creating shows that resonate with children and we are delighted to be partnering with them.
“The Moe Show and Heart & Soul are a perfect fit for our catalogue and are already performing strongly in their home markets and attracting attention from broadcasters around the world.”
