Jim Henson Co. signs global Home Entertainment deals for library of classic titles

In its 60th anniversary year, The Jim Henson Company has signed a multitude of global deals for its library of celebrated and classic titles.

Validating the sustained demand for the firm’s classic content, The Jim Henson Co has secured deals for hit properties including Fraggle Rock, Farscape and The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss.

Cinedigm Home Entertainment has licensed Fraggle Rock and The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss for subscription video on demand in the US and Canada for it OTT Dove Channel.

Meanwhile, Entertainment One has licensed Fragle Rock for home distribution in Canada, while Go Entertainment Group Ltd has picked up home video, TVOD and EST rights for Farscape, Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars and The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss in the UK and Ireland.

Finally, International Production Associates has licensed Construction Site for home video, SVOD and TVOD in Thailand.
