Key brands get behind Egmont's Go Girl

Mattel, Microsoft Xbox and Tate Modern all involved with biggest issue yet of magazine.

Mattel is running an advertorial takeover, while solus activity is also taking place with Microsoft Xbox and Tate Modern in the latest issue, so it's no wonder that Egmont is confident its Go Girl magazine can continue the success it has already enjoyed this year.

The bumper 54-page issue of the title is the biggest yet. Mattel's activity includes the Barbie, Monster High and Girl Tech brands, while the issue also has exclusive activity at Tesco - with an extra gift of X Factor trading cards - and at Sainsbury's with a free Mini B doll from Mattel.

"We are delighted to announce the largest issue in Go Girl's history," said Alison David, commercial director at Egmont UK. "We're very pleased with the growing interest that brands are showing for this property, not just from the key players, but also from non-traditional brands eager to access a market of passionate and committed consumers."
