She has worked at the Jim Henson Company as creator/writer/producer, Hit Entertainment as chief creative officer and TT Animation as creative director.

Stevenson will lead creative on all Moshi film and TV projects at Mind Candy, including Moshi Monsters Movie and Moshi TV.

Michael Acton Smith, CEO of Mind Candy, said, “This is an exciting time for Mind Candy as we build upon film and television projects for Moshi Monsters. Jocelyn’s had an amazing career to date and we’re delighted to have her on board and benefit from her vast experience in the children’s TV industry.”

Stevenson added: “I’ve always loved Moshi Monsters and am thrilled to be part of Mind Candy, one of the most exciting companies in the kids space.”

The Moshi Monsters Movie is currently in pre-production. Its name is a word-in-progress.

Moshi TV Studios, meanwhile, is now live at MoshiMonsters.com, and includes both user-generated and in-house content. Mind Candy says it also has plans to show third-party content, too.
