The deals were brokered by Imira Entertainment, Spellbound’s licensing agent for the Spanish market.
Initial product launches are expected for summer 2011 with a full roll-out in 2012. More licensing partners will be revealed soon.
Bizak will distribute Koala Brothers toys in Spain and Planeta Junior has acquired the rights for colouring and activity books.
Peter Curtis, joint managing director of Spellbound, said: "We are delighted to have such a strong toy partner like Bizak working with us in Spain."
Enri has signed a licence to make school bags and backpacks while The Koala Brothers DVDs will be distributed by Big Picture Entertainment.
The Koala Brothers is already shown on state channel TVE, and the Cartoon Network Spain recently picked up all 39 of the half-hour episodes.
Christophe Goldberger, head of distribution and marketing at Imira Entertainment said: “The Koala Brothers is proving very popular in Spain, as these deals show.
"We are pleased to have these new licensing partners on board which will significantly extend the presence of the brand in Spain and build on the broadcast success.”
