Lazy Oaf launches Garfield apparel at London fashion event

Visitors were treated to collection displays alongside Garfield themed food and drink from The Breakfast Club.

A new range of Garfield apparel from Lazy Oaf was launched at a special event held in London yesterday (Thursday 24th April).

Journalists and fashionistas were invited to view the new collection housed in a visual interpretation of Garfield’s comic strips at Hoxton Arches.

Models showed off the collection, including t-shirts, shorts, dresses, swimsuits and jeans, while guests were treated to Garfield themed food, including the iconic feline’s favourite, lasagna.

The new collection launches on the Lazy Oaf website today, before hitting the shelves at 5pm in the company’s West End store.

Lazy Oaf is one of the latest licensees to sign with Bulldog Licensing for the Garfiled brand, joining the likes of Blues, Silverknit and Brand Alliance for apparel, Ravette for publishing, Smiffys for dress-up and more.

“Lazy Oaf has come up with something really new and fresh with this range. It is going to be a massive seller and we can’t wait to see he reaction of fans now it has launched,” said Bulldog MD, Rob Corney.
