Following its successful retail partnership deal with supermarket chain Asda earlier this year, LazyTown is actively seeking other firms which share its healthy vision to work with.
LazyTown has recently signed up franchise fitness experts FitKids, which has created the LazyTown Sports Club in cooperation with Magnus Scheving, CEO of LazyTown and star of the show as Sportacus. Scheving has helped FitKid devise a one hour programme of LazyTown-based moves set to music.
"Licensing with a conscience is how we describe our brand to potential licensees," Scheving explained. "From now on, we are not about logo slapping but about using licensed products to help motivate kids to get up and move. We are looking for licensees who share our core philosophy and want to work with us to create innovative products that inspire children to be more active."
