Little Airplane Productions is launching the Small Potatoes Animation Factory tour - a guided tour of the studio where the pre-school show is made.
The tour aims to provide a close up look at how the series is made, with every aspect of production - from writing to animation and voice over recording - explained by the creative team at Little Airplane.
At each stop of the tour, families are invited to participate in hands-on activities, such as helping to animate a character or having their own voices recorded in a professional audio booth.
Holograms of the Small Potatoes singing and dancing will be a particular highlight of the tour.
"The Small Potatoes Animation Factory Tour is a unique opportunity for families to see first hand how one of their favourite new television shows is made," said Josh Selig, president and founder of Little Airplane Productions. "It's a completely interactive, very informative and really fun experience for adults and kids."
The tour runs weekdays at 207 Front Street in New York City's South Street Seaport at 11am and 4pm, priced at $10 per person.
