Little Charley Bear’s Christmas Adventure will be performed at the Ambassadors Theatre from December 5th up until Christmas Eve, with over 40 shows in total. The new show will be closely based on the TV series, which is narrated by James Corden.
Agent CPLG says the new theatre show could be just the begining of Little Charley Bear’s live adventures as a UK-wide theatre tour/experiential offering is also being considered for 2013, while live event opportunities are being discussed with the Merlin Group.
"Little Charley Bear is perfect for a theatre show and this will be a lovely Christmas treat for little ones, so I’m sure Little Charley Bear and co will be performing to packed houses at the Ambassadors," commented Valerie Fry, Chapman Entertainment Commercial Director.
Vickie O’Malley of CPLG UK said: "Little Charley Bear's debut in the West End is so exciting for us and our licensing partners. The show will provide a magnificent Christmas treat for children and is testament to the appeal of the show, which continues to rate well on CBeebies and has performed magnificently on iPlayer."
