LolliBop 2013 line-up revealed

The kids' festival will feature performances from Mr Men, Shaun the Sheep, Peppa Pig and more.

LolliBop, The Big Bash for Little People, has revealed its summer line up, featuring acts and appearances from the likes of Mr Men, Shaun the Sheep and Peppa Pig.

The show will run from August 16th to 18th and will take place at London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, as previously reported.

The festival aimed at youngsters will feature some of the biggest names in kids' entertainment alongside hundreds of activities, workshops and interactive demos, including the Mr Men and Little Miss Village Green Event and Shaun the Sheep's Championsheeps Live.

CBBC presenters Dick and Dom will also make an appearance with their trademark mix of madcap games, jokes and foam pies, while Sid Sloane and Andy Day will host their own Big Birthday Bash.

The three-day event will also play host to live performances from The Go! Go! Go! Show, Cloudbabies and Titan the Robot.

Meanwhile, The Diary of a Wimpy Kid creator, Jeff Kinney, will be offering an animating masterclass and the life-size Optimus Prime Truck will showcase the new Beast Hunters toys, viewings of the new cartoon series and free green screen pictures. 

Furthermore, kids will be able to enjoy a plethora of performances and activities at the LolliBop Live stage, the Lollipalladiam will feature an array of theatricals, the Science Zone will offer live demonstrations and the Lollisports area will feature activities for kids including swing ball, hula-hoop, frisbee and football tournaments.

The entertainment will continue throughout the weekend with further attractions including The Lolli Promenade, the Discovery Zone, various Lolli Stops housing an array of craft workshops and a relaxation area, The Meadows, featuring a range of street performers.
