Magic Box Int has teamed with Signature Publishing to bring a new Zomlings magazine to life this season.

Based on its popular range of collectable miniature monsters, the It’s…Zomlings magazine hits shelves today, launching with a special covermounted bumper issue, featuring a 20 page Zomlings guide.

Zomlings first invaded playgrounds earlier this year where, according to Magic Box Int, they were met with an outstanding reaction from kids.

A third series of the collectable range is already planned for 2015, while the launch of the magazine coincides with the promotional activity surrounding the brand, including TV advertising, online activity, product sampling and free standing display units in stores.

“We are delighted to be given the opportunity to publish a magazine for this highly successful collectable,” said Alan Scott, Signature Publishing’s publishing manager.

“Zomlings undoubtedly captures the imagination of children which, together with the fantastic imagery, makes it ideal for a magazine that will help collectors become even more engaged with this fantastic brand.”

Retailing at £3.99, the bumper launch issue will also offer kids and fans a Zomlings Series 2 tower Pack and Zomlings slimy eye toy.

Ben Harper, UK director of Magic Box Int, added: “Zomlings has been a fantastic success so far in 2014 and It’s…Zomlings magazine is a great addition to the range of product available.

“Signature has produced a fun packed magazine with some great covermounts. I am sure it will be a big hit with Zomlings fans.”

Zomlings are created by Magic Box Int and distributed by Seymour distribution and Esdevium Games in the UK.
