Marvel is set to target pre-schoolers with the launch of new content and merchandise under its new programme, Marvel Super Hero Adventures.
The company will roll out a series of ten short-form episodes, with each one starring Spider-Man who will join forces with the likes of Captain America, Iron Man and other Marvel characters.
To help support the new content, Hasbro has been tapped to develop a new toy line inspired by the programme.
These will feature play experiences inspired by the animation, which is slated to launch this autumn.
Meanwhile, a line-up of other firms including Jakks Pacific, Mad Engine and more are also jumping on board to develop apparel and toys, which will launch during Marvel Mania in October.
This September will also see the firm release a series of early-reader chapter books, with the first publication, Deck the Malls, kicking off the collection.
Paul Gitter, SVP of licensing at Marvel, said: "Marvel storytelling and characters engage parents and fans around the world, and now pre-schoolers have the chance to experience the fun and excitement of the Marvel Universe," reports The Hollywood Reporter.
"Marvel is a brand for fans of all ages but particularly by pre-schoolers and trusted with pre-school parents. Since our characters are inspiring, heroic, responsible and brave, the new products are the perfect way for pre-schoolers to celebrate their passion for Marvel in their daily lives."
