Marvel teams with Williams-Sonoma for super hero kitchen line

Kitchen and bakeware merchandise to launch featuring Captain America, Hulk and Iron Man.

Marvel Entertainment is rolling out a line of kitchen and bakeware products featuring its super heroes, after striking a deal with Williams-Sonoma.

The programme launches with products including cookie cutters, pancake molds, adult and child aprons, spatulas and iced cookies.

Characters such as Captain America, Spider-man, Hulk and Iron Man will all be featured.

"Building upon our incredibly successful relationship with Williams-Sonoma, we are excited to launch a great new line of merchandise, bringing the Marvel brand to another audience and product segment," said Paul Gitter, president of consumer products for North America, Marvel Entertainment. "We are working with Williams-Sonoma on helping kids and adults spend time together in the kitchen."
