Copyright Promotions Licensing Group has hired Karen McNally in the newly created role of head of international marketing for the company.
The role has been designed to create a strategic leadership for the internal and external marketing functions of the CPLG group as a whole. Working with the MDs across all territories, McNally will liaise with international licensors to develop the existing business, as well as sourcing new opportunities.
"With the extensive growth of our offices we felt the need to establish an overarching marketing function to maximise our activities on a local and global basis," said Katarina Dietrich, CEO of CPLG. "Karen's expertise and personality make her the perfect fit to spearhead this multilayered role in CPLG.
McNally has over nine years experience in the licensing business. She began her career at Granada, before moving to global animation company BKN International and most recently spent time as VP of licensing and marketing at Entara (now Parthenon).

My newly-created role reflects CPLG's commitment to building on its success to date and I look forward to developing and implementing a strong, effective marketing strategy, successfully rolling it out across CPLG's seven territories."
