Mind Candy's Moshi Monsters brand now has 100 licensees - 40 in the UK and a further 60 internationally.

On top of this, the company has bolstered its global team with six new hires taking the total head count to nine.

Newcomers in the UK are former Chapman Entertainment exec Clare Wiggins as head of Moshi Live; Sarah Hodges, who joins from Disney as retail partnership manager and Matt Shone arrives from Firebox as contracts and royalty manager. In addition, Jack McCall has made an internal move to head of product development.

Over in the US, Caitlin Gutekunst joins as licensing manager for the Americas, reporting to the head of licensing for the territory, Eric Karp. Brad Schultz was also recently announced as head of Moshi TV.

"We have an extremely exciting line-up of premium partners bringing some incredible Moshi product to shelf all over the world," said Darran Garnham, head of global licensing at Mind Candy. "I've had the privilege of pulling together a highly talented team, each of whom brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion for Moshi.
