Australian children's entertainment company, SLR Productions is seeking partners for its first entry into live action, with HarperCollins book property, Dream Dogs.
The books - written by Aimee Harper - will be developed into a 26 30-minute live action series. The books were originally pitched at the MIP TV market earlier this year by head of licensing and content development at HarperCollins, Melanie Beer, to SLR Productions' Suzanne Ryan.
"I was delighted by Suzanne's reaction to Dream Dogs back in April this year, and have been equally impressed by the enthusiasm and energy of her development team at SLR," commented Beer. "Their adaptation of Aimee's debut publishing series promises to be action packed, funny, adorable and glamourous on screen."
Ryan added: "Dream Dogs is the best dog grooming parlour ever and we can't wait to produce this exciting kids series."
