1_Moneysupermarket logo.jpg will be the new sponsor of Britain's Got Talent when it returns to screens in the spring.

The deal includes broadcast sponsorship, online, interactive, mobile and off-air licensing.

2010's series of Britain's Got Talent drew an average audience of 11.4 million viewers and a 46 per cent share of viewing. A peak audience of 15.8 million viewers tuned in to watch Spellbound win the final.

Jana Gray, VP sponsorship UK for FME, said: "We're delighted to have on board for series five and look forward to working with them to develop some really exciting off-air sponsorship activations."

New judges Michael McIntyre and David Hasselhoff will join Amanda Holden, and during the live stages, Simon Cowell, this year.

The talent show used to be a big draw throughout the 1970s and early 1980s ? with Opportunity Knocks and New Faces leading the way ? before disappearing from our screens in the 1990s.
